As a Scheduler at ComForCare, you will oversee the scheduling and coordination of client services, manage staffing assignments, ensure compliance with agency policies and regulations, and maintain confidentiality of client and employee information.

What we are looking for:
High school diploma or G.E.D. certificate
Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
Previous experience in staffing or as a scheduler
Prior experience in home care scheduling, healthcare coordination, or staffing (preferred)
Proficiency with scheduling software or EMR systems
Ability to remain calm and solution?focused in a fast?paced environment
Professional, reliable, and committed to high?quality service
What you will be doing:
Scheduling & Staffing: Create, manage, and adjust caregiver schedules to meet client needs Match caregivers to clients based on skills, availability, and compatibility Respond promptly to call?outs, schedule changes, and urgent staffing needs Maintain accurate records of all schedule updates and communications
Client & Caregiver Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for caregivers regarding schedules Communicate professionally with clients and families regarding staffing updates Support caregivers with shift details, directions, and expectations Build strong relationships to promote retention and satisfaction
Operational Support: Maintain compliance with agency policies and NJ home care regulations Document all schedule changes in the agency's scheduling system Assist with onboarding tasks, orientation scheduling, and credential tracking Participate in on?call rotation as assigned
Salary Range: $20.00-$24.00 depending on years of experience in home care.
