This opportunity resides with All-Domain Operations (ADO), a business group within HII's Mission Technologies division. All-Domain Operations comprises multi-domain operations, platforms and logistics, and intelligence operations. Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) - Mission Technologies is currently hiring for a Full-Time Receptionist to work on a mission supporting Wright Patterson Air Force base (on base and off base locations). The individual will support work 0730 to 1630 Monday - Friday. This position will require the candidate to cover the front desk, check in visitors, check/submit clearances in DISS, answer and route incoming phone calls. Additional duties will include various administrative tasks. This position is located at Wright Patterson Air Force Base (WPAFB), Ohio and is within a commutable distance from Beavercreek, Fairborn, Dayton, and Riverside.
Greet visitors and assist them in processing through the visitor identification and badging process according to standard operating procedures.
Work with visitor sponsors/coordinators to prepare visitor badges and other actions as required to provide superior customer service.
Should have excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
Protect and control Personally Identifiable Information (PII) in accordance with local procedures.
Send, receive and verify personnel security clearances via DISS.
Perform random security inspections and enforce local policy regarding introductions of prohibited items in to the facility.
Receive and disseminate incoming mail and sign for packages
Monitoring personnel entering the facility to ensure they are authorized and display proper identification.
Accomplish required annual training and maintain certificates, as appropriate.
Minimum Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent and 4 years additional education and/or related experience.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required
Experience working with Microsoft Office Suite is required
Must have a professional attitude and appearance
CLEARANCE: Secret clearance minimum to start
Must be able to obtain and maintain a TS/SCI security clearance with advanced security checks
Physical Requirements Job performance will normally require only minor lifting and carrying of boxes of records or equipment.
