TransForce is seeking a CDL A flatbed driver to support local operations based in Corpus Christi, TX
CDL A Details
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 am Start time, 30-40 hours per week. 60% Warehouse, 40% Driving.
Pay: $23 Per Hour
Route Type: Local
Freight / Load Type: pipe, fittings, and supplies
Equipment: Operate a 28' Stake bed (Manual) and a 45' Trailer Flatbed (Automatic)
Handling: Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
CDL A Minimum Requirements:
License: CDL A and updated DOT Med Card
Experience: 1+ years of recent, relevant, and verifiable driving experience
Endorsements: None
Equipment Experience: No flatbed experience necessary
Clean Motor Vehicle Record (no major traffic violations or preventable accidents in the last 3 years)
Must meet all DOT and FMCSA requirements
CDL A Responsibilities:
Safely operate CDL A flatbed on local routes
Transport pipe, fittings, and supplies in accordance with DOT and company safety standards
Perform required handling tasks, including lifting up to 75lbs.
Complete pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Maintain accurate logs and paperwork
Communicate effectively with dispatch and operations
