[REMOTE] Ad Operations Manager

CrazyGames is a leading browser games platform, serving millions of users worldwide. As we continue to expand, we’re looking for a Programmatic Manager to join our small but mighty Ad Monetization team, taking charge of our advertising operations, ensuring efficiency, optimization, and growth in our ad revenue streams.

Key Outcomes for this role

Within 1 month

You have an understanding of CrazyGames’ product, ad tech stack, partners and internal workflows

You are able to navigate our ad server and reporting tools independently

You start supporting campaign setup and basic troubleshooting

Within 3 months

You’ve reviewed our current setup (covering floors, partners, auction dynamics, latency, and a deep dive into Google Ad Manager) and identified immediate opportunities to increase revenue.

You actively manage incoming requests, including campaign trafficking, troubleshooting, and partner communication

You begin optimizing yield by adjusting floors, demand allocation, and setup

You build a strong understanding of performance across key segments (os, geo, device, format)

Within 6 months

You are independently driving yield optimization across our programmatic stack (floors, SSP mix, auction dynamics)

You ensure reliable delivery of direct campaigns, working closely with leadership

You proactively identify and fix revenue leakage, discrepancies, and performance issues

You contribute to improving our ad stack setup (latency, structure, scalability)

Within 12 months

You own yield performance end-to-end and are a key driver of revenue growth

You lead strategic optimization initiatives (e.g. new demand integrations, advanced floor strategies, format-level improvements)

You are a trusted partner to leadership on monetization strategy and execution

You have relevant experience in a similar role, either at a Publisher, Agency or an Ad Tech company

You are the most nosy and inquisitive person, wanting to understand how everything works and how you can make it better

You communicate clearly and can translate technical concepts into actionable insights

You are intelligent, efficient, pragmatic, and organized

You are comfortable working cross-functionally with product, engineering, data, and sales teams

Confident in your knowledge of programmatic advertising (e.g. DSPs, SSPs, ID solutions, CMPs) and how all the pieces fit together

You have hands‑on experience with ad servers (GAM) and programmatic setups (header bidding, SSP integrations)

You have a strong understanding of programmatic advertising (SSPs, DSPs, auctions, identity, privacy frameworks) and how the ecosystem fits together

You have an eye for detail and for the big picture. You can quickly spot patterns in large amounts of data and love some detective work if your gut tells you that something is wrong

You have a deep understanding of the advertising market, including the programmatic market

You have a genuine interest in web gaming and are excited about building monetization systems for gaming experiences.

Please note that we're looking for candidates in Europe (including the UK!), Africa or the Middle East, in order to have enough time to overlap with Europe (where most of our team is).
