CE & Administrative Coordinator
The CE & Administrative Coordinator is responsible for supporting employee engagement, visitor experience, CEC operations, and administrative functions across the organization. This role serves as a key point of coordination for the CEC facility, meetings, events, vendor relationships, documentation support, and cross-functional initiatives. The position blends front-facing hospitality, operational execution, and administrative support, with opportunities for expanded responsibilities based on skill set and business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and internal meetings.
Serve as the primary point of contact for visitors, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
Manage day-to-day operations of the CEC, including space readiness, calendars, and guest support.
Coordinate external visits, training sessions, tours, and related hospitality logistics.
Manage relationships with vendors for cleaning, catering, and related services.
Support business unit meetings, internal launches, and presentation preparation.
Assist with document control, record retention, and legal or compliance-related administrative requests.
Provide operational support for production-related activities and lab supply coordination.
Maintain office, CEC, and hospitality supplies to always ensure readiness.
Support reporting or dashboard development as needed, based on skill set.
Qualifications:
High School diploma or equivalent.
Proven experience in administrative or office management roles (3+ years).
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Customer service mindset
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and scheduling tools.
Ability to manage vendors and coordinate events effectively.
Preferred Skills:
Experience supporting senior leadership.
Knowledge of facility operations and vendor contracts.
Power BI experience is a plus.
