Job Summary: We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team for the evening shift. The Front Desk Agent is responsible for providing excellent guest service, handling check-ins and check-outs, managing reservations, and ensuring guests have a pleasant stay. Key Responsibilities: Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner upon arrival and departure Process guest check-ins and check-outs accurately and efficiently Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries Handle reservations, cancellations, and room assignments Process payments and maintain accurate billing records Address guest concerns or complaints and escalate issues when necessary Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure room readiness Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Follow hotel policies and procedures to ensure guest safety and satisfaction Complete end-of-shift reports and pass information to the next shift Qualifications: Previous hotel or customer service experience preferred but not required Strong communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer skills and ability to learn hotel management systems Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment Professional appearance and positive attitude Must be reliable and punctual Must be available to work weekends Physical Requirements: Ability to stand for extended periods Ability to occasionally lift up to 20 lbs Benefits (if applicable): Competitive hourly pay ($18.62/hour) Opportunities for advancement Employee hotel discounts Training provided Employee hotel discounts.
