We are seeking a motivated and organized Intern to support our Video Production team at our Toledo office. You’ll get hands‑on experience and exposure to diverse functions within our agency, such as brand storytelling, digital engagement and market analytics. This internship offers hands‑on experience working on commercial, digital, and social media video content while learning how video production operates in a fast‑paced agency environment.
The ideal candidate is passionate about video storytelling, eager to learn, and comfortable collaborating with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Be a sponge. Ask questions. Make suggestions. Have fun!
Work with people across four offices (Toledo, Columbus, D.C. and Detroit)
Assist the video production team with pre‑production, production, and post‑production tasks
Help set up and break down cameras, lighting, audio, and other production equipment
Support on‑location and in‑studio video shoots
Assist with organizing footage, media files, and project assets
Provide basic video editing support and help prepare rough cuts or social media edits
Assist with storyboarding, shot lists, and production planning materials
Help maintain and organize video equipment and production spaces
Collaborate with creative, account, and marketing teams on video content needs
Work with people who have different areas of expertise and love what they do
Enjoy a creative atmosphere

QUALIFICATIONS
Rising junior / senior undergraduate student or recent graduate in film, video production, media production, communications, or a related field
Passionate about video production, filmmaking, and visual storytelling
Basic understanding of cameras, lighting, and audio equipment
Familiarity with video editing software such as Davinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or similar tools
Strong attention to detail and the courage to ask questions
Ability to work collaboratively and adapt in a fast‑paced production environment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
Comfortable working in a collaborative, fast‑paced environment
Proficiency within Microsoft Office or Google Workspace
A self‑starter able to work collaboratively as well as independently
Preferred (but Not Required)
Basic knowledge of motion graphics, color correction, or sound editing
Previous internship or coursework in video production or editing

24 hours per week during the summer (May‑August), 8am‑5pm EST Tuesday‑Thursday. Exact start/end dates are flexible based on candidate’s schedule and preference
In‑person collaboration, this role will be based out of our office in Toledo, OH
$15 per hour
Opportunity to gain hands‑on agency production experience and work on real client projects alongside professional videographers, editors, and creative teams
