We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager with a strong background in selling herbal raw ingredients to the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of developing client relationships, driving revenue growth, and deep knowledge of the herbal ingredients market.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities within the dietary supplement and nutraceutical sector

Build and maintain strong relationships with manufacturers, formulators, and key decision-makers

Promote and sell herbal raw ingredients, ensuring alignment with client requirements

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals

Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall business growth

Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments

Collaborate with internal teams for product positioning, pricing, and customer support

Required Skills & Qualifications

6–10 years of experience in B2B sales, specifically in herbal raw ingredients

Strong network within the dietary supplement and nutraceutical industry

In-depth knowledge of herbal extracts, botanicals, and ingredient applications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets

Self-driven, result-oriented, and able to work independently

Willingness and ability to travel up to 50% for client meetings, site visits, and industry events.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working in the Florida market or the US region

Background in life sciences, nutrition, or a related field
