Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Video Teller Associate, based in Fort Wayne, IN. The Video Teller Associate will assist members through remote teller services on our drive-up Video Teller Machines, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions. Responsibilities include providing exceptional customer service, addressing member inquiries, and resolving member concerns. The position requires adherence to operational standards and policies while representing the credit union in a professional manner. Monday-Friday with great employee benefits.
Qualifications
Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills
Attention to detail and the ability to maintain accuracy in financial transactions
Proficiency with computer systems and the ability to learn new software
Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle member inquiries and resolve concerns professionally
Teamwork skills and an ability to contribute to a collaborative work environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or certifications in finance or customer service are a plus
