Responsibilities

Take charge of developing business strategies for key brand(s), identifying priorities & developing workstreams against them.

Effectively steward the P&L to achieve net sales and profitability goals.

Provide strategic leadership, motivate and manage a cross‑functional team to drive business priorities.

Partner with key agencies in developing high‑impact, integrated marketing campaigns or innovation concepts.

Develop and activate against people‑centric insights, driven by a keen understanding of culture, customers and data synthesis.

Engage with the sales team to create captivating selling stories for retailers.

Run everyday operations, including budget management, forecasting plant volumes and facilitating communication between key stakeholders.

Demonstrate comprehensive understanding and ownership of the business and portfolio, driving strategic initiatives.

Leverage strong analytical skills to inform and guide business decisions and recommendations.

Actively contribute to Brand Growth Plans, Revenue Growth Management (RGM), and Funding the Growth (FTG) strategies.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree ideally in Marketing, Finance, Sales or related fields

8+ years of commercial experience (finance, sales, marketing etc) or 6+ years of commercial experience + MBA

Preferred Qualifications

MBA

Experience working in consumer product goods

Demonstrated creativity, curiosity and strategic thinking skills

Demonstrated leadership and collaboration skills

Results‑oriented and strong ability to influence others

High level of initiative, assertiveness and self‑direction

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Able to work on multiple projects at a time while delivering strong results

Compensation And Benefits
Salary Range $115,000.00 - $150,000.00 USD

Pay is determined based on experience, qualifications, and location. Salaried employees may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, profit‑sharing, and long‑term incentives for Executive‑level roles.

Benefits: Salaried employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, basic life insurance, paid parental leave, disability coverage, and participation in the 401(k) retirement plan with company matching contributions subject to eligibility requirements. Additional benefits include a minimum of 15 vacation/PTO days (hourly employees receive a minimum of 120 hours) and 13 paid holidays (vacation days are prorated based on the employee's hire date within the calendar year). Paid sick leave is adjusted based on role and location in accordance with local laws. Detailed information regarding paid sick leave entitlements will be provided to employees upon hiring and may be subject to adjustments based on changes in legislation or company policies.
