Job Description
Prepare accurate cost estimates for construction projects within the Property industry.
Review project plans and specifications to identify potential cost-saving opportunities.
Collaborate with subcontractors and suppliers to obtain competitive pricing.
Develop detailed bid proposals and submit them within deadlines.
Monitor project budgets and provide updates to stakeholders as needed.
Analyze historical data to refine and improve future estimates.
Maintain organized and detailed records of all estimates and associated documentation.
Support the Construction team in value engineering and project planning.

The Successful Applicant
Strong experience in cost estimation within the Construction department of the Property industry.
Proficiency in estimation software and tools.
Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
The ability to effectively communicate with team members, clients, and stakeholders.
A solid understanding of construction processes and terminology.
