Full-Charge Bookkeeper
Location: Bakersfield, CA (Onsite)
Salary: $56,000 – $62,400 DOE

The Opportunity

As a Full-Charge Bookkeeper, you’ll manage the full accounting cycle while supporting construction operations. You’ll have visibility across the business and play a key role in maintaining accurate financials and supporting project-related accounting.

What You’ll Do

Manage full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general bookkeeping

Perform month-end close, reconciliations, and financial reporting

Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely processing of transactions

Support construction accounting functions, including contracts, job costing, and WIP

Partner with internal teams to ensure accuracy across financial data

What We’re Looking For

3–5+ years of full-charge bookkeeping or accounting experience

Strong knowledge of QuickBooks and Excel

Experience managing AP/AR and month-end close independently

Construction or project-based accounting experience preferred
