Job Overview
The Assistant Visual Manager will be responsible for maintaining the highest visual standards for our home furnishings displays at the Northpark Center in Dallas, TX. This role includes overseeing weekly store transfers, ensuring inventory is maintained at satisfactory levels, and collaborating with management to create an engaging customer experience.

Responsibilities

Maintain visual standards and deliver the Arhaus experience in the showroom.

Coordinate weekly store transfers and collaborate with management for inventory management.

Work independently to oversee design, staging, and merchandising activities.

Requirements

Some work experience or knowledge in faux finishing and specialty painting.

Intermediate computer literacy.

Ability to work independently with little supervision and be self‑motivated.

Ability to work well with others.

Willingness to travel as needed.

Willingness to work extended hours as needed.

Ability to move furniture independently around the showroom.

Ability to operate most building tools and equipment.

Comfortable using a ladder.

College degree or job experience in merchandising, floral design, graphic design, or set/stage design.

Compensation

Hourly/Non‑Exempt.

Eligible for quarterly bonus if achieved.
