Certification Required No Exceptions Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification is required. Applicants must provide a hard or soft copy of their certificate/license on or before the interview.

Competitive Starting Pay

• PCA $15.50/hr
• Nursing Assistant $16.00/hr
• CNA $17.00/hr + $0.50/hr raise after completing paid training

What You'll Do

• Provide companionship and emotional support
• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and feeding
• Light housekeeping, laundry, and linens
• Prepare simple meals
• Medication reminders
• Follow care plans and communicate with families

What We're Looking For

• Active PCA, CNA, or Nursing Assistant certification (Required No Exceptions)
• Reliable transportation & valid driver's license
• Compassionate, patient, and professional
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs
• Strong communication skills
• Team-oriented mindset
• Ability to pass a criminal background check
