Production Line Technician

P&G, the company behind some of your favorite brands like Tide, Charmin, and Pampers, is currently hiring at our Dayton warehouse for Production Line Technicians. Our Dayton warehouse is located 1 mile west of the Dayton International Airport in Union, OH.

As a Fulfillment Center Technician at P&G, you will be responsible for leading a production line with a keen eye for detail. With on-the-job training, you will learn and familiarize yourself with core warehousing technologies and systems. Leading a production line is a critical role at P&G because you are responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity needed to meet the needs of our customers and consumers. The best Fulfillment Center Technicians understand the importance of being a people-oriented leader, proactively solving problems, and improving base systems to ensure maximum efficiency.

Job Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must have a high school diploma or GED
• Must have 2 years of leadership or training experience
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work with a team
• Strong leadership skills
• Experience problem solving with large equipment
• Basic Knowledge of Manufacturing safety behaviors
• The ability to learn on the job in a dynamic environment
• Wear required safety personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Lift up to 50 pounds with or without a reasonable accommodation
• Ability to bend and stoop, climb, stand and move around on stairs, ladders and platforms, and twist, turn and bend
• Willingness to working in a fast paced environment that has extreme temperatures, humidity and loud equipment
• P&G provides on-site training
