Web Developer

CACI is seeking an experienced Web Developer to support the development of UXM web applications, dashboards, and user interfaces that enable enterprise visibility of IT performance and digital experience.
This role will design and build responsive web applications, develop user-facing analytics dashboards, and integrate web interfaces with backend data services within the UXM Data Integration Platform. The developer will work closely with data engineers, analysts, and platform architects to transform operational telemetry into intuitive visualizations and actionable operational insights.
Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain UXM web applications, dashboards, and enterprise monitoring interfaces
Build responsive web interfaces that visualize operational metrics and user experience data
Integrate web applications with enterprise data services and APIs within the DIP architecture
Optimize website and dashboard performance, scalability, and security
Develop front-end and back-end components supporting UXM analytics platforms
Implement secure authentication and role-based access controls for enterprise users
Support rapid prototyping of UXM dashboards and operational visualization tools
Collaborate with platform engineers and data analysts to integrate telemetry data sources
Ensure compliance with DoD cybersecurity requirements and secure coding practices
Maintain code repositories and participate in Agile development processes
Support UXM applications throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC)
Qualifications: Required:

US citizenship
Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain
CompTIA Security+ CE (DoD 8570/8140 IAT Level II compliant)
10+ Years of relevant experience (Bachelor's Degree in relevant field may be substituted for 5 years of relevant experience).
Strong experience with modern web technologies including:
JavaScript / TypeScript
HTML5 / CSS3
Python or Java backend development
Experience building data visualization dashboards
Experience developing RESTful APIs and integrating with backend data platforms
Experience with SQL and database-driven web applications
Experience working in Agile / DevSecOps environments
Experience using Git / GitHub version control
Desired:

Experience supporting DoD or federal enterprise IT environments
Experience developing applications within observability, or IT operations platforms
Familiarity with Data Integration Platforms, telemetry pipelines, and operational analytics
Experience with cloud-native or hybrid architectures
Experience integrating monitoring platforms such as:
Splunk
Elastic
ServiceNow
Grafana
Familiarity with containerized environments (Docker/Kubernetes)
Strong UX/UI design awareness for operational dashboards
Experience translating complex data into intuitive visualizations
Ability to prototype new capabilities rapidly for operational testing
Strong collaboration with cross-functional engineering teams
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Preferred Certifications:

Certified Kubernetes Application Developer (CKAD)
AWS Certified Developer
Microsoft Azure Developer Associate
Certified Secure Software Lifecycle Professional (CSSLP)

Pay Range:
There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
