Responsibilities
Developing reusable components and front-end libraries for future use
Translating designs and wireframes into high quality code
Qualifications
Deep functional knowledge or hands on design experience with Web Services (REST, SOAP, etc ..) is needed to be successful in this position.
Experience in Chromium/Electron and/or OpenFin is a big +++
Thorough understanding of WebSockets
Thorough understanding of React.js and its core principles
Experience with popular React.js workflows (such as Flux or Redux) and React Hooks
Familiarity with newer specifications of EcmaScript
Experience with data structure libraries (e.g., Immutable.js)
Familiarity with RESTful APIs
Knowledge of modern authentication/authorization mechanisms, such as JSON Web Token/OIDC/OAuth2.0 etc
Familiarity with code versioning tools, like GIT.
Familiarity with modern front-end build pipelines and tools
Experience with common front-end development tools such as Babel, Webpack, NPM, etc.
Ability to understand business requirements and translate them into technical requirements
A knack for benchmarking and optimization
Strong grasp of Security Principles
Educational Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree required
The expected base salary for this position ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 annually. The actual base salary will be determined on an individualized basis taking into account a wide range of factors including, but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, education, and, where applicable, licenses or certifications held. In addition to base salary and a competitive benefits package (including health, vision, and dental insurance, paid time off and a 401(k) retirement), this position may be eligible for additional types of compensation including discretionary bonuses and other short- and long-term incentives (e.g., deferred cash, equity, etc.).
