Executive Office Coordinator and Assistant to the CEO

Duration: Full Time
Work Schedule:
100% FTE, full-time. Monday through Friday 8am-5pm. You will work at the UW Health Swedish American Hospital.
Additional components of compensation may include:
- Evening, night, and weekend shift differential
- Overtime
- On-call pay

Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in relevant field. 2 years of combined education and/or relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree, in addition to the required experience. Required
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field. Preferred.
Work Experience
- 5 years Experience providing executive level support Required
- Experience supporting executives within the health care industry Preferred
