Steel Inspector

Immediate need for a Steel Inspector. Ideally someone with additional certifications such as bolting and coatings inspection, but those are not mandatory.
Key details:
Current inspector is covering our Rhode Island project while based in Western New York
We still have fabrication plant work that will run through most of May
I'm trying to find someone short-term to cover the fabrication work, but ideally someone we can keep long-term in Rhode Island and Connecticut
They would just need to spend a short period in Western New York, then transition to work in RI/CT
Nice-to-have certifications / experience:
AWS CWI (Certified Welding Inspector)
AISC / Steel Fabrication Inspection experience
Bolting Inspection Certification
Coatings Inspection (AMPP/NACE or similar)
Structural Steel / Bridge Fabrication Inspection
NICET or other construction inspection certifications
DOT / transportation project experience (RIDOT, NYSDOT, CTDOT)
Shop inspection experience at steel fabrication plants
Familiarity with AASHTO, ASTM, and AWS codes
