This role is an Onsite Role: This role requires full-time presence at our Oxford, NC office.

Overview:

Safe operation of all types of industrial material handling equipment including High Rise, Cherry Picker, Counter Balance and Stand-up Trucks.
Inventory integrity - verification of piece counts, descriptions, lot data and carton count. Must perform at 99.7% accuracy.
Delivery and retrieval of material from 1,000,000 sq. ft. of Manufacturing and Distribution floor area to the Warehouse, while maintaining engineered work standard requirements of 100% weekly.
Required to work at heights up to 41 feet while selecting product.

Responsibilities:

Pick and delivery of materials from various floor locations.
Picking less than pallet quantities from the warehouse.
Unloading and loading truck of inventory.
Processing new receipts, recording new receipt information to the system and sampling.
Verifying piece and carton counts applying proper labels and accurate documentation.
Proper handling of hazardous materials, aerosol and flammable products.
The storing of inventory in warehouse location with accuracy of at least 99.7%.
React to expedite requests for material at the direction supervisor.
Adhere to all GMP and Safety requirements.
Interface with computer terminals, including keying information and utilizing scanning devices for inventory control transactions.
Preparing accurate documentation on receipts and work methods.

Qualifications:

Good math skills.
Write/print legibly.
Revlon forklift license.
Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
Must be available for overtime work.
Must be able to safely maneuver containers weighing up to 207 kilos.
Must pass four (4) competency-based warehouse tests.
Must meet the vision and hearing requirements.
Must have a valid driver's license in the state you reside.
High School Diploma or GED Equivalency

Overview:
This is a position, in the absence of a supervisor, which provides oversight to manufacturing operations teams (filling and assembly associates, mechanics, or processors) within an assigned business unit. Responsibilities include:
Planning staffing requirements & assignments
Coordination of materials
Adherence to production schedule
Meeting of all Quality requirements
Provide direction to associates to ensure the team is productive, engaged and has the training/resources/materials needed to meet the safety, quality and financial goals
Responsibilities:
People: In the absence of a supervisor, assign associates to lines/areas as needed, balancing Revlon full-time and temporary associates. Ensure employees are working safely and are compliant with plant safety rules and GMP guidelines. Communicate necessary pass up/pass down information to associates and peers for shift handoff. Ensure activities within the Unit across all shifts comply with expectations set forth and are consistent with Department objectives and policies. Ensure that all equipment is operational and performs within expected tolerances. Interface with all other site functional areas as needed (Safety, HR, Quality, Warehouse, Planning, Payroll, etc.). Facilitate employee communication meetings as necessary. Maintain positive associate relations to impact morale. Attend various meetings to meet business needs. Supervise and validate line performance during NPD trials.
Continuous Improvement: Responsible for leading improvement projects and initiatives aligned with the strategic initiatives of the business to include, but not limited to: Safety, Employee Morale, Quality, Waste. Assess current state, establish targets, develop glide paths, develop and execute action items and achieve targeted results. Solve production issues and drive continuous improvement, reduce waste, minimize changeovers and machine down-time, ensure that all employees in the operation have defined job duties and expectations, and are managed according to those duties.
Quality: Ensure that associates are efficiently producing product that is compliant with Revlon and governmental guidelines and specifications. Investigate non-compliant product and determine root cause and corrective actions. Interact with Quality to resolve problems or issues affecting product quality within areas of responsibility. Review and sign appropriate paperwork. Ensure paperwork is maintained and up to date as per company requirements and policies. Work with Quality resources as needed to implement any new requirements due to new products or new regulations.
Financial: Responsible for operational financial aspects of the shift assigned: Control of Labor

Direct (productive effort); Indirect (support effort); Nonstandard (Rework & First pass yield issues); Material

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
4-year degree in technical discipline preferred
1-3 years of experience leading associates in a production environment, preferably drug and/or cosmetic
Experience with operations in an FDA/GMP environment
Operating knowledge of the Cosmetics industry

Purpose

As Marketing Manager, Go To Market (Eye) you will own one of our most dynamic categories for the US business, as well as our omnichannel communication alignment, focusing on holistic activation plans and go-to-market planning and execution . While managing the Revlon Color Cosmetics Eye business, you’ll be leveraging competitive trends, business analytics, and process management to build category understanding and drive growth. You’ll be leading strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration ( Activation, Media, Sales & Operations, Retail Planning, P&L/Budget Management ) to deliver share growth and impactful brand experiences across retail and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities
Eye Segment Leadership

Serve as the expert in the Eye category, translating consumer insights, market analysis, and competitive intelligence into strategies that drive growth.

Lead cross-functional partners to develop strategies that expand core and new product lines, increasing share, sales, and profit.

Partner with Finance, Sales Planning, Demand, and other cross-functional partners to align monthly variances between budget, forecast, and demand.

Go-To-Market Strategy & Execution

Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and execute holistic commercialization and activation strategies and ensure excellence in execution.

Partner with Sales and Trade Marketing to strengthen brand presence at major retailers (Amazon, Walmart, Target, etc).

Brief internal teams on activation plans and ensure alignment across channels.

Omnichannel Brand Communications

Lead the end-to-end display development process for RCC, Tools, and Almay, collaborating with Trade, Creative, and Structure teams.

Ensure consistent, compelling brand messaging across in-store displays, walls, retail environments, and eCommerce platforms.

Partner with Retail Experience to deliver impactful in-store graphics and messaging aligned with brand priorities.

Partner with Digital / eCommerce teams to adapt innovation toolkits and activation programs for retail.com and Amazon, ensuring digital assets are cohesive with in-store executions.

Establish KPIs and track performance to measure program success.

Business Analysis & Reporting

Own performance tracking, reporting, analysis, and forecasting for the Eye segment.

Build and manage trackers, collaborating with sales, creative, and production teams.

Lead and present monthly business and brand reviews, translating data into insights that tell the story of what is happening on the business and how we drive change.

Financial Management

Develop and manage the Eye category budget.

Partner with Finance to understand P&L impact.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in brand marketing (operational preferred over innovation), omnichannel communications experience a plus.

CPG experience strongly preferred, beauty is a plus.

Strong understanding of retail environments, eCommerce platforms, and consumer behavior.
