Our client is seeking a skilled .Net Web Developer to join their team. The successful candidate will demonstrate disciplined coding practices and a commitment to system reliability. Given the nature of our clients global operations, this role requires availability to provide support during off-hours or weekends as project needs arise.

Key Responsibilities

Architect and deploy robust ASP.NET MVC web applications and modular components.

Engineer high-quality application code for both greenfield projects and legacy system enhancements, ensuring strict adherence to established internal coding standards.

Operational Excellence & Collaboration

Proactively contribute to the evolution of firm-wide development standards and best practices.

Engage in peer code reviews and cross-functional knowledge-sharing sessions to maintain high technical quality.

Interface directly with end-users and internal technical teams to diagnose and resolve complex system issues efficiently.

Coordinate with external technology partners, including software vendors, specialized consultants, and systems integrators.

Maintain transparent communication with leadership regarding project milestones, providing early alerts for any factors that might impact delivery timelines.

Core Requirements

Hands-on experience with jQuery, Node.js, and modern front-end frameworks such as Angular.

Strong foundational skills in HTML, XML, and T-SQL database development.

3+ years of professional experience with a primary focus on software programming and systems development.

A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical discipline; candidates with degrees in other fields will be considered if supplemented by significant professional development experience.

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience working within a large-scale legal or professional services environment.

Familiarity with cloud-based document management APIs (e.g., iManage) and enterprise CRM platforms like Salesforce.

Experience utilizing PowerShell for automation, as well as SharePoint and Azure DevOps for lifecycle management.

Exposure to industry-specific ERP or financial systems such as Aderant, Workday, or SSRS reporting tools.

Knowledge of Active Directory environments, specifically regarding the development of scripts or tools for automated data synchronization and migration.
