We are looking for someone that:
Thrives in a dynamic working environment where we enjoy helping each other become better developers
Contributes to outside projects just for the fun of it. You probably participate in code camps, and you often read blogs and articles about web technology
Is able to use and understand ES2015+ changes
Comfortable writing tests first rather than after everything is done
Is curious as to how other people's code works

Time permitting, you like to leave code better than you found it
Strong sense of pride and ownership in your code
Is able to lead or follow depending on the situation
