We are looking for a talented Mobile & Web App Developer to design, develop, and deploy high-performance applications across web and mobile platforms. This role involves full-stack development, UI/UX collaboration, cloud deployment, and integration with enterprise systems such as CRM and financial platforms.
Key Responsibilities Develop end-to-end mobile and web applications using modern development tools and frameworks.
Design and build native Android and iOS applications as required.
Recommend and implement mobile development strategies and distributed architectures .
Ensure high performance, scalability, and responsiveness of web and mobile applications.
Collaborate with security teams to implement robust cybersecurity measures and ensure compliance.
Configure and manage analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Microsoft Clarity, and Search Console .
Lead and contribute to UI/UX design , ensuring intuitive and user-friendly interfaces.
Integrate applications with CRM systems and financial platforms for seamless communication and real-time transactions.
Optimize server performance and application speed for enhanced user experience.
Work closely with engineering teams to deploy applications on cloud platforms .
Engage with users to gather feedback and improve application usability and adoption .
Write and maintain unit tests using tools such as Azure DevOps (ADO).
Collaborate in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality software efficiently.
Mentor junior developers and contribute to team knowledge sharing .
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation and best practices .
Ensure adherence to organizational standards, policies, and SDLC processes .
Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of experience in mobile and web application development (5+ preferred).
Strong experience in full-stack development for web and mobile platforms.
Proficiency in Android and iOS app development .
Experience with cloud deployment and distributed systems architecture .
Familiarity with CRM integrations and financial system integrations .
Experience with analytics and performance monitoring tools .
Strong understanding of responsive design and UI/UX principles .
Experience working in Agile development environments .
Preferred Skills Experience with enterprise systems such as SAP
Knowledge of ITIL / ITSM practices
Exposure to modern DevOps practices and tools
Core Skills Performance optimization
