Web Student Developer
Job Summary
This position, under the direction of the ASI Digital Marketing Coordinator, will work in conjunction with the ASI Marketing Team to develop and administrate the ASI and SC websites. Candidate is responsible for the upkeep of both ASI and SC websites.

Starting wage above CA minimum wage.

Flexible Schedule.

Bi-weekly Pay Period.

Duties

Coordinate with the ASI Marketing Team to develop and maintain our department websites.

Ensure that both (ASI and SC) websites contain accurate and up to date information.

Design, develop, and document applications and solutions based upon defined requirements.

Design wireframes, mockups, and navigation maps as needed to demonstrate solutions.

Work with other members of the company to understand user issues and develop solutions.

Evaluate and recommend resources needed for website and in-office solutions.

Attend scheduled staff meetings.

Attend retreats, training orientations, workshops, etc.

Perform other tasks as assigned by the ASI Digital Marketing Coordinator.

Skills & Qualifications

Knowledge of web server and maintenance.

Experience in front-end and back-end web development for UI design, maintenance, and storage.

Intermediate knowledge of core web programming languages – HTML, CSS, and Bootstrap.

Willingness to learn, articulate, and effectively utilize and communicate technical information.

Ability to multi-task and quickly adapt to changing priorities.

Possess good decision-making skills and maintain high quality standards with basic supervision.

Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Required

Work an average of 10-15 office hours per week

Currently enrolled, matriculating CSU Stanislaus student with a minimum 2.0 grade point average

Physical Requirements and Working Conditions
Physical requirements and working conditions include, but are not limited to, sitting for extended periods; frequently standing and walking; normal manual dexterity and eye‑hand coordination; lifting and moving objects weighing up to 20 lbs.; corrected hearing and vision to normal range; verbal communication; use of office equipment, including computer, telephone, copiers.

Work is performed in an office environment and throughout the campus areas during student programs, continuous contact with other staff, students, faculty, and the public.
