We are hiring Account Managers and Technical Recruiters to work in a Split Desk Model , combining sales and recruiting responsibilities. This performance-driven role allows you to build client relationships, place top talent, and directly impact revenue and growth.

Position Overview
Split Desk Responsibilities:

Account Manager – Sales

Generate new business through cold calling, prospecting, networking, and referrals

Build and maintain long-term client relationships

Identify hiring needs and develop staffing solutions

Negotiate pay rates and service agreements

Meet and exceed weekly and quarterly performance targets

Technical Recruiter – Recruiting

Source and engage candidates through multiple channels

Conduct phone screens and qualify technical talent

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle

Match candidates to client requirements

Maintain strong consultancy relationships

Shared Responsibilities

Collaborate with clients to qualify requests and candidates

Track activity and pipeline in CRM systems

Stay informed on industry trends and market intelligence

Contribute to a competitive, team-oriented culture

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience

0–3+ years of sales, recruiting, or customer-facing experience preferred

Strong communication skills and phone presence

Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
