Customer Service Representative
We are looking for a customer focused, highly motivated and ambitious customer service representative. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.
Duties
Check incoming returned products, verify that the items are correct and note any missing accessories or parts.
Record the part # and tracking # in an excel file.
Requirements
Standard communication skills in English.
General computer skills, including data entry in Excel.
Additional
Must be able to lift boxes 30-40lbs each.
