We are looking for adaptable developers who are comfortable working across multiple platforms and technologies.ObjectiveThe objective of this engagement is to provide technical services to support the modernization, enhancement, and ongoing development of Accessible Housing Program (ACHP) web-based systems. Specifically, the Contractor shall:Ensure compliance with web accessibility standards, including WAG 2.1 AA and applicable ADA/Section 508 requirementsModernize legacy.NET applications to NET 8 and current architectural standardsImplement scalable, maintainable, and secure application architecture patternsDesign and support cross-platform system integrationsDevelop and enhance application features across frontend and backend layersImprove authentication and Single Sign-On (SSO) implementation using industry standardsEnhance, maintain, and support WordPress-based websites and related integrationsMinimum Qualifications (Requirements)Minimum two (2) years of professional web application development experienceDemonstrated experience developing applications using C# and modern NET (Core or later)Experience building or consuming RESTful APIsExpenence with modern JavaSenpt and/or TypeScriptExperience with at least one component-based frontend framework (Blazor, React, Angular, or Vue.jsWorking knowledge of relational databases and ability to write basic to intermediate SQL queriesExperience using version control systems such as GitPreferred qualifications includeExperience with Blazor or MudBlazorExperience with PostgreSQLFamiliarity with authentication concepts (JWT/OIDC)Exposure to multi-system integration environmentsFamiliarity with web accessibility principles and responsive design best practicesResponsibilitiesDevelop and maintain application features across frontend and backend layersBuild UI components using Blazor/MudBlazor or comparable frameworksImplement and consume REST APIsSupport database integration and data access logicAssist in modernization and refactoring effortsContribute to WordPress integration/customizationParticipate in code reviews and adhere to established architectural standardsImplement accessibility-compliant components in accordance with WAG 2.1 AA and Section 508 standards, and participate in accessibility audits and remediation efforts as directed.J-18808-Ljbffr
