We are looking for a JuniortoMid Level.NET Full-Stack Web Developer

already living in Hawaii

specializing in web and mobile application development to join our .NET development team. Work on customized web portals across a range of project types in the financial and agriculture industries in an agile development environment.
As part of our team of developers (both front and back-end developers), project managers, UI/UX specialists and clients,you'llcreate new applications from scratch and upgrade/supportexisting applications. All developers have input on our overall product roadmap for our custom-built web products.
This role combines hands-on development with real-world production support responsibilities, offering the opportunity to work across the full application lifecycle from building features to ensuring reliability and performance in live environments.Additionally, there will be an emphasis in testing andbuilding outtest cases to ensure quality of the work being developed.
Responsibilities

DevelopmentandTestingof .NET web and mobile applications including custom portals, Gate 39 Media products, and operations applications
Work with a variety of data feeds ranging from APIs to databases, JSON/XML, flat files and more
Collaborate with the engineering and product teams toestablishbest practices
Follow outlined standards of quality related to code and systems
Writing test cases and scripts
Writingunit and regressiontests concurrently with functional code
Clearly communicate key ideas with clients and team members
Commitment to continuous improvement
60% Back-end/40% Front-end coding
Managed Services Responsibilities

Pa rticipate in a shared support model to help deliver 24x7 application and infrastructure support for key client platforms
Monitor application health, data processing jobs, and system integrations, including scheduled batch processes and file workflows
Respond to incidents based on defined SLA priorities (P1–P4), including after-hours and weekend coverage as part of a structured schedule
Perform initial triage, troubleshooting, and resolution of production issues, escalating when appropriate
Execute and improve runbooks for common operational tasks and incident response procedures
Support deployment processes, patching, and ongoing system maintenance activities
Collaborate with offshore/global team members to ensure seamless handoff and continuous coverage
Document incidents, root cause analysis, and resolution steps to improve system reliability over time
Exposure to production systems and real-time client environments, providing valuable experience beyond traditional development roles

Coding Libraries: Telerik Reporting, Bootstrap,Highcharts, Kendo UI, others
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Scienceorotherrelevant field
3+ years of experience working with .NET or other relevant experiences
Proven experience working with Microsoft SQL Server and Microsoft Azure
Proven experience working in an agile development environment is a plus
Provenexperiencewith TDD practices and mocking frameworks
Proven experience creating test cases
Work Schedule & Coverage

This role follows a non-traditional work schedule, with a primary work week of Wednesday through Sunday
Weekend coverage (Saturday and Sunday) is a core part of this role
Participation in a shared on-call rotation for after-hours support as needed
Coordination with global team members to ensure continuous 24x7 system coverage
