Event Setup & Breakdown

Set up banquet rooms according to BEOs (Banquet Event Orders)
Arrange tables, chairs, linens, staging, and equipment
Break down rooms efficiently after events
Reset rooms for upcoming functions
Room Maintenance & Cleanliness

Ensure all meeting and banquet spaces are clean and presentable at all times
Maintain cleanliness of back-of-house banquet areas and storage rooms
Remove trash and debris promptly during and after events
Equipment Handling

Transport tables, chairs, risers, dance floors, and other equipment safely
Assist with audiovisual setup when required
Maintain and store banquet equipment properly
Guest & Team Support

Respond promptly to guest and event staff requests
Assist banquet servers during events as needed
Communicate effectively with banquet captains and supervisors
Work Environment

Fast-paced hotel or event setting
Frequent standing, walking, lifting, and bending
Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs
Indoor and occasional outdoor event setups
