
Business Development Manager (all genders)

Business Development Manager (all genders) Conduct market research and analysis to identify growth opportunities in the region
Represent the Business Unit in the US by building strong networks and participating in conferences, trade fairs, and industry events
Develop and implement the regional sales and service strategy in close collaboration with the Area Sales Manager and local partners
Identify and develop new business opportunities to expand the market presence
Acquire new customers and build long‑term relationships with existing clients
Develop regional strategies and business plans in alignment with the overall LOGA strategy
Gather and define regional product and solution requirements in close coordination with internal stakeholders
Establish and expand the Business Unit’s partner network in the region
How you convince us At least 3 years of professional experience in a similar role
Experience in developing new markets or regions, ideally in the US
Strong communication and networking skills
Industry experience in logistics and e-commerce is an advantage
Excellent communication skills, entrepreneurial and strategic thinking, and strong negotiation skills
Fluent English required; German language skills are a plus
