Senior RF IC Design Engineer
Chipright seeks a highly motivated and experienced RFIC Design engineer to work in designing our customers latest products. 5+ years of experience with custom analog & mixed-signal Design and Layout.
Key Responsibilities & Requirements
High frequency circuits such as PLLs, LNAs, PAs, VCOs, ADC, BIAS, CP, PFD, Divider.
Experience with DRC/LVS/Extraction tools and LVS debug.
Experience working with CMOS /BiCMOS process nodes ranging from 0.18um to 28nm.
Fluency in English.
EU work permit.
Willing to relocate in Greece.
Full time position.
