About the Position Servpro Of Fort Dodge is hiring a Business Development Manager ! The Business Development Manager is responsible for driving marketing campaigns, overseeing the client database, and maintaining active presence at local and regional associations and trade shows. The goal is to grow business profit and revenue while developing long-standing client relationships. Key Responsibilities Understand the competitive advantages of SERVPRO and effectively educate clients and customers about brand benefits.
Prepare a business development plan based on past performance and franchise growth objectives to meet or exceed revenue and activity goals.
Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships, develop new prospects, and ensure revenue growth.
Complete annual marketing needs assessments, including planning CE classes, lunch-and-learns, scheduling budgets, and developing action plans.
Perform comparative analyses of revenue, collections, and activities against goals.
Develop marketing initiatives and budgets to create an annual marketing plan.
Recruit, train, develop, and manage marketing team members.
Position Requirements Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience preferred.
Minimum of five years of direct sales experience.
At least one year of management experience.
Experience in building strong teams with tangible leadership skills.
Strong process-oriented and results-driven attitude.
Skills, Physical Demands, and Competencies Ability to repetitively push, pull, lift, and carry objects.
Ability to work with and around cleaning agents.
Ability to successfully complete a background check, subject to applicable law.
