Reporting to the Director, Thought Leader Engagement, this role will be a key member of the Marketing team and will lead the execution of our national conferences and HCP speaker programs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a collaborative environment, routinely partnering with Sales, Medical Affairs, and Compliance to deliver impactful, compliant programs.

This position is based in our Waltham, MA headquarters. Our office-based employees are required to work in the office three (3) days a week.

Responsibilities (including, but not limited to):

Lead the planning and execution of national conferences, partnering closely with Sales and Medical Affairs to deliver a consistent, high-impact, and strategically aligned conference presence

Coordinate and manage HCP speaker programs, including operational oversight of the HCP speaker bureau and execution of events

Serve as the primary point of contact for the Sales team on speaker program execution, ensuring seamless coordination and a positive field experience

Coordinate development and approval of promotional materials supporting conferences (booths, sponsorship assets, etc.) and speaker programs (presentations, invitations, speaker training materials, etc.

Monitor and assess program performance, providing insights and recommendations to optimize effectiveness

Partner with Compliance to ensure all activities are executed in accordance with internal policies and industry guidelines

Manage external agencies and vendors to deliver high-quality programs on time and within budget

Qualifications

Requires a bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical marketing

Proven track record of leading execution of conferences and/or speaker programs for a pharmaceutical company

Demonstrated strong written and verbal communication skills

Proven mindset of proactive continuous improvement

Efficient independent worker with ability to focus and drive for results

Strong attention to detail

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and to handle multiple tasks

Strong commitment to ethical standards

Proficient with Microsoft Office suite (i.e., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, etc.)

Ability to travel up to 25%, including a minimum of eight national conferences

The salary range for this position is commensurate with experience
