Location: North Phoenix 85027
Shift: 2:30pm 11:00pm, Monday to Friday (30-minute lunch)
Pay: $17-$20.00 DOE
Employment Type: Temp Position, ASAP Start
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Order Picking & Stocking Specialist to join our 2nd shift team. You'll be working with a racking system where all items have a specific location, using specialized forklifts (Swing Reach, Stand Up Reach, Sit Down). If you're forklift savvy and enjoy a fast-paced warehouse environment, we want to meet you!
Key Responsibilities:
+ Safely operate Swing Reach, Stand Up Reach, and Sit Down forklifts to move pallets (weighing a few hundred pounds each)
+ Order picking, stocking shelves, and cycle counting
+ Load/unload products on/off warehouse shelves (not just floor stacking)
+ Work independently and accurately, with attention to detail
+ Follow all safety procedures, including wearing steel-toed boots
Requirements:
+ 1-2 years of relevant forklift experience (shelving required; loading/unloading trucks is not sufficient)
+ Experience with stand-up reach forklifts preferred; Swing Reach truck experience is a plus but not required
+ Ability to safely operate equipment with minimal supervision
+ Comfortable spending about 25% of shift operating the lift equipment
+ Must be detail-oriented, accurate, and able to follow procedures
Schedule & Training:
+ Standard Shift: 2:30pm 11:00pm, Monday-Friday (potential for overtime, early start/late stays, possible Saturday work)
+ Training: 2-4 weeks, 11:00am 7:30pm (30 min lunch)
