Program Communications Lead – S/4HANA / ERP Transformation

We are seeking an experienced Program Communications Lead to support a major S/4HANA transformation program on an accelerated timeline. This role is fast‑paced, high‑visibility, and requires someone who can operate confidently within large‑scale technology implementations.
What You’ll Do
Drive communications across a complex ERP transformation program.
Translate technical program milestones into business‑ready language.
Maintain a consistent and rapid communications cadence in a highly dynamic environment.
Work closely with senior stakeholders to provide real‑time communication support and executive coaching.
Collaborate with corporate communications teams while owning day‑to‑day program communications.
What We’re Looking For
Experience supporting ERP or large‑scale technology implementations (SAP S/4HANA preferred; Oracle Cloud, Workday, Coupa, M365 also considered).
Strong understanding of implementation lifecycle terms (UAT, phases, timelines, go‑live milestones).
Ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously with quick turnaround.
Excellent written communication skills and comfort operating with ambiguity.
Someone who can hit the ground running with minimal onboarding.
