Guestroom Attendant
Four Seasons Hotel Westlake Village is seeking a Guestroom Attendant to join our exceptional Housekeeping team. This role requires strong attention to detail, a commitment to excellence, and a passion for creating a welcoming environment for our guests. The ideal candidate will take pride in delivering impeccable service, ensuring every guest room is clean, comfortable, and prepared to the highest standards for an unforgettable stay.
What you will do:
Cleans a set number of rooms during a shift.
Removes dirty towels and sheets and replaces them with clean ones from the Linen Closet.
Cleans, dusts, and sanitizes all areas of the Guest Room (bedroom, living room, dining room and bathroom) according to procedure.
Makes bed according to procedure.
Vacuums carpet and cleans marble and tile areas. Removes Rooms service trays, dishes and carts to service landings.
Restocks used amenities such as shampoo, lotions, cotton balls, stationery and pens.
What you bring:
High school education or equivalent
Previous Housekeeping Experience is a plus
Reading, writing and oral proficiency in the English language.
Successful candidates must possess legal United States work authorization
