The Opportunity
As the Underground Production Coordinator (Foreman), you’ll be responsible for coordinating daily underground production at Agnew gold mine, ensuring alignment with the mine plan whilst maintaining stringent safety standards.
You’ll lead and mentor a team of Underground Production Supervisors, providing direction, support, and fostering a culture of safety and accountability to ensure achievement of production targets.
Reporting to the Unit Manager Underground Mining, this is a pivotal leadership role where your ability to influence, plan, and problem‑solve is critical to success.

What you’ll be doing:
Leading and mentoring Underground Production Supervisors and crews
Coordinating underground production planning and driving performance in‑line with the mine plan
Ensuring strict compliance with safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements
Identifying and implementing continuous improvement initiatives
Fostering a strong safety culture of care, respect and accountability
Building strong relationships and collaborating with technical services, maintenance, contractors and business partners to optimise operations
What you’ll bring:
Proven leadership experience in underground gold mining (at Coordinator/Foreman or Supervisor level)
Strong understanding of underground mining methods and production cycles
Demonstrated commitment to safety leadership and building high‑performing teams
Excellent communication, planning, and decision‑making skills
Confidence and competency in Microsoft Word and Excel
Schedule 26 (S26) Statutory Supervisor Certificate.
WA Underground Supervisor’s Certificate.
Valid manual C Class Driver’s Licence and WA Dangerous Goods Security Card
