Job Title: Web Content Specialist
We are seeking a Web Content Specialist to join our team on a short-term contract through June to support an AEM content migration project. This is a pure tactical and execution role. We are looking for a collaborator and team player — someone who enjoys working on a team rather than alone. You must be a self‑starter with a proven track record in web content migration.
Responsibilities
AEM Execution: Create, edit, and launch multiple web pages within Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) following specific brand guidelines.
Content Migration: Lead and execute web content migration projects with precision and speed.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to update web content and ensure all digital assets meet standards.
Quality Assurance: Ensure all content adheres to industry best practices, SEO standards, and UX principles.
Project Management: Independently manage assigned tasks while operating under general supervisory guidelines to meet tight deadlines.
Qualifications
Equipment: Must use your own equipment - laptop is not provided.
Education: Bachelor's degree in related field and 5 years' related experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
AEM Mastery: Experience creating and editing web content in Adobe Experience Manager (AEM).
Content & Detail: Experience editing and proofreading web content with strong attention to detail.
Project Management: Experience organizing and coordinating multiple projects simultaneously; ability to effectively prioritize projects and workflows.
Collaboration: Experience collaborating across teams with various stakeholders.
Knowledge Base: Basic knowledge of digital marketing principles and practical knowledge of marketing/branding.
UX Standards: Knowledge of web content and user experience (UX) best practices.
