Requirements
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate CNC machines, including Haas vertical/horizontal mills, turning centers, and G&L boring bars
- Program using G&M code and Mastercam
- Select tooling and build efficient machining processes
- Hold tight tolerances (0.005") with precision inspections
- Collaborate with a talented team to elevate quality and efficiency
- Maintain a clean, organized, safety-first work area
Shift & Pay
- Schedule: MondayThursday, 3:30 PM 2:00 AM Enjoy a built-in 3-day weekendevery week!
- Perks: Shift differential + built-in overtime
- Pay: Competitive, based on experience
What You Bring
- 23 years of CNC machining experience
- Knowledge of G&M code and CAM software (Mastercam preferred)
- Strong blueprint reading & GD&T interpretation skills
- Solid understanding of tooling, feeds/speeds, and machining fundamentals
- Excellent measurement and inspection abilities
Education & Requirements
- High school diploma or GED (required)
- Journeyman or 2-year technical degree (preferred)
- Strong math skills (geometry & trigonometry)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and handle physical tasks

Work Environment
