Distribution Center Associate Level 4

The Distribution Center Associate Level 4 supports inventory management and daily warehouse operations to ensure accuracy, efficiency, and timely processing of garments. This role plays a key part in maintaining inventory integrity, supporting inbound and outbound operations, and ensuring smooth workflow across distribution center functions.
Key Accountabilities

Distribution Center Operations & Inventory Management
Work collaboratively with team members to place garments into inventory
Perform manual and scanner-based inventory counts to maintain accuracy
Maintain consistent workflow of put-away activities to support DC operations
Ensure inventory accuracy and resolve discrepancies as needed
Perform cycle counts, generate reports, and adjust inventory within systems
Shipping, Order Fulfillment & System Utilization
Utilize internal systems (RLM & Appcon) to complete Master Invoicing
Use shipping portals to process outbound orders and verify shipment accuracy
Pick production orders, confirm accuracy, and prepare items for shipment (roping/packing)
Load completed shipments onto outbound trucks
Troubleshoot system or inventory issues and coordinate with IT support when necessary
Cross-Functional Support & Continuous Improvement
Cross-train across DC functions including picking, matching, scanning, roping, and invoicing
Support special projects such as re-jokering garments and inventory preparation
Assist with annual inventory readiness, ensuring all aisles are cycle counted and accurate
Complete additional assignments to support operational success
Skills & Experience

Experience in warehouse, distribution center, or inventory-related environment preferred. Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory systems (RLM, Appcon) a plus. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Basic problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
Reporting Working Relationships

Reports directly to DC Supervisor
Work Environment

This role operates in a warehouse environment and may involve use of material handling equipment, scanners, and standard warehouse tools.
Physical Qualifications

Ability to stand for an entire 8-hour shift. Ability to walk frequently between aisles. Ability to lift and move garments up to approximately 35 pounds. Ability to place garments onto racks and trolleys

The starting salary for this position is $15.50 per hour $19.75 and may increase to $22.33 per hour depending on length of service with the Company and other factors. Base pay information is based on market location and may be subject to prevailing wage laws, if applicable.
