Material Coordinator

Coordinate receiving, storage, issue, and material-movement actions throughout assigned warehouse areas.
Maintain stock record accountability and track item movement to ensure real-time material visibility.
Support re-warehousing requirements, ensuring proper documentation, labeling, inspections, and accurate ERP record updates.
Conduct physical inventories, cycle counts, and discrepancy reviews, capturing findings for Government approval.
Process material expenditures by pulling, staging, documenting, and updating ERP records per PWS requirements.
Support customer service and troubleshooting requests such as shipment statuses, missing items, and material-tracking issues.
Track and report lost, damaged, or hazardous materials; halt operations when required and notify Government leads.
Maintain compliant warehouse conditions including housekeeping, organization, and safety protocol adherence.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
U.S. Citizenship and ability to meet Government suitability requirements.
Secret Security Clearance (or ability to obtain within 30 days).
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2+ years of experience consistent with the role described above.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate documentation.
Ability to lift up to 70 lbs and support physically demanding warehouse operations.
Valid driver's license and ability to operate approved delivery vehicles.
Excellent attention to detail and the ability to maintain accurate, audit-ready documentation.
A current OSHA certification or willing to obtain
Successful background check to include fingerprint checks and drug screenings
Preferred Qualifications:
Forklift certification or the ability to obtain Government-compliant MHE credentials.
Experience supporting DoD or Federal supply-chain operations.
Knowledge of loss-prevention, discrepancy reporting, and inventory-control techniques.
