Overview
We are looking for a Controls Application/Design Engineer to design and implement building automation and energy management systems. This includes system architecture, control schematics, sequences of operation, and related documentation for projects in our facilities services practice.

Develop system architecture, control schematics, sequences of operation, and related documentation.
Qualifications
Must have
AS in a related field OR equivalent professional experience
3+ years of building automation/HVAC controls experience
BAS/HVAC Controls or DDC design experience
AutoCAD and/or Visio
Familiarity with BACnet and Modbus
NICE TO HAVE
Automated Logic experience
BAS programming experience
Tridium Niagara N4

Compensation & Benefits
Salary: $80,000 - $110,000 per year. Competitive pay DOE. Comprehensive benefits package, 401(k) with match, generous PTO, and other benefits.
