Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position located in Hilton Head Island, South Carolina. The Business Development Manager will focus on identifying growth opportunities, driving strategic partnerships, and enhancing customer relationships to achieve business goals. Responsibilities include conducting market research, developing targeted strategies, generating leads, contributing to revenue growth, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver high-quality guest experiences aligned with the company’s vision.
Qualifications Proven skills in sales, lead generation, and negotiation
Experience in developing and maintaining strong client relationships
Marketing and strategic planning capabilities
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively on-site and manage business activities in a dynamic, customer-focused environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
Prior experience in the travel, hospitality, or events industry is advantageous
