Position Overview
We are seeking a reliable and motivated Office Assistant / Lead Setter to support daily office operations and drive lead generation efforts. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable making both inbound and outbound calls.
This position requires a high level of outbound calling (including cold calling), so candidates must be comfortable speaking with potential customers and handling rejection while maintaining a positive attitude.
Key Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries
Make outbound calls, including cold calling, to generate and follow up on leads
Set and confirm appointments for in-home estimates
Maintain and update customer information in CRM or tracking systems
Assist with general administrative tasks (filing, emails, data entry)
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure smooth appointment flow
Provide excellent customer service and represent the company professionally
Qualifications
Previous experience in office administration required
Experience with outbound calling, cold calling, or lead generation strongly preferred
Strong communication and phone skills
Comfortable handling objections and hearing "no"
Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM systems a plus)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated
