About The Role

We are seeking a Payer and Program Enrollment Specialist to support licensing, accreditation, payer enrollment, and credentialing activities. This role plays a critical part in maintaining regulatory compliance and ensuring uninterrupted participation with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payers. This position is designed to strengthen compliance processes, with a strong focus on accuracy, audit readiness, and operational excellence. You'll work cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Health Policy, and Revenue Operations teams to support critical regulatory functions.
What You'll Do

Prepare, submit, and maintain state licensure applications and renewals
Manage Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment and credentialing processes
Support accreditation readiness and ongoing compliance (e.g., audits, surveys, reaccreditation cycles)
Assist with audits, governing body documentation, and compliance reporting
Identify opportunities to improve processes, tools, and workflows
About You

Bachelor's degree in business, healthcare administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, payer enrollment, or similar
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage complex processes with accuracy
Excellent organizational, project coordination, and communication skills
These additional qualifications are preferred:
3 5+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, credentialing, payer enrollment, or similar
Experience with Medicare, Medicaid, and commercial payer enrollment processes
Familiarity with accreditation standards (ACHC, Joint Commission, etc.)
Experience in healthcare, medical device, or regulated environments
Exposure to process improvement, automation (RPA/AI), or project management tools
Knowledge of HIPAA and healthcare regulatory frameworks
What We Offer

This pay range which Novocure expects to pay for this role at the time of this posting is $92,000 - $115,000/yr. This position may also be eligible for an annual bonus and restricted stock unit grant in addition to a full range of benefits
