Customer Service Representative
We are looking for someone energetic who can learn to answer phones the Mr Rooter way. Someone who is looking for stability here in Colton. We are a small business that is rapidly growing. So there will be room for growth.
Description: The CSR is a key role in our team with the ability to multitask, work as a team player, problem solve, pay attention to detail and offer solutions based on our customer's needs. This position is responsible for taking customer calls, scheduling service and dispatching technicians. You must be organized and dependable, with the ability to take direction and instruction to complete specific tasks as well as having the ability to work on your own. We're looking for friendly people who enjoy solving problems and making people smile!
Required Qualifications: Customer Service/Call Center experience preferred. Ability to multi-task. Knowledge of the plumbing industry preferred but not required. Must have basic computer/technology skills (multi-line phones, MS Office, ipad). Must be able to lift up to 25lbs. Ability to complete other duties as needed. High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience. Flexible schedule is a must. Works well independently and with others. Service Titan program 1 year of experience. Must be comfortable and consistently pleasant on the phone.
Compensation: $18.00 per hour
