Suspension Design Engineer

We are looking for a Suspension Engineer to join an exciting vehicle development program with one of our client a global leader in powersports and off-road vehicles. Design and develop front and rear suspension layouts using Siemens NX
Build and analyze kinematic models to evaluate:
Suspension travel
Roll center
Other ride & handling performance metrics
Work within large mechanical assemblies , ensuring proper integration of suspension systems with chassis and body
Support development of a standardized suspension design process , including CAD workflows, documentation, and guidelines
Collaborate closely with vehicle dynamics, testing, and product engineering teams to meet ride, handling, and durability targets
Generate 3D CAD models, 2D drawings, BOMs, and technical reports
✅ Required Skills & Experience
Experience in suspension or chassis design within automotive, powersports, or off-highway vehicles
Strong understanding of suspension kinematics and vehicle dynamics principles
Hands-on experience with Siemens NX
Experience working with large assemblies and system integration
Ability to create engineering drawings and release documentation
⭐ Nice to Have
Experience with vehicle testing or ride & handling development
Familiarity with kinematic simulation tools (ADAMS, CarSim, etc.)
Background in ATV, UTV, motorcycle, or off-road vehicle development
