WHAT YOU'LL DOProduction & WorkflowPrioritize work orders based on deadlines and shop capacityComplete cutlist tasks and coordinate material cuttingUpdate the production manager on material usage and needsEquipment & Tool MaintenancePerform routine maintenance checks on all shop tools and equipmentOperate and maintain the CNC machineMonitor tool inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements as neededDocumentationReview work orders, verify measurements, and document completed work and deviationsCommunicate paperwork issues to the Production Foreman and track production metricsWHAT WE'RE LOOKING FORExperience & EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent23+ years in production, manufacturing, woodworking, fabrication, or constructionFamiliarity with inventory management software CNC machine operation experience preferredSkills & AbilitiesProficiency with hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipmentAbility to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsStrong time management and ability to multitask under pressureBasic computer skillsExcellent verbal and written communicationHighly organized with strong attention to detailCharacterDependable, accountable, and results orientedTeam-first mindset with a willingness to support others across all stationsSelf-driven, disciplined, and adaptableHumble, respectful, and safety consciousWHO WE AREPencroft is built on a simple mission: take the complexity out of outdoor living construction.
