Centralized Scheduler

Methodist Le Bonheur Health - 5865 Shelby Oaks Circle - Responsibilities: Collaborates with facility leadership and frontline associates to ensure associate schedules are published and updated according to department requirements.; Deploys resources to units based on department criteria and guidelines to ensure adequate coverage for shifts.; Promotes effective communication concerning all scheduling, staffing and payroll applications.; Ensures scheduling and payroll related activities are performed consistently and in a timely manner.; Maintains accuracy of scheduling and timekeeping for associates including but not limited to call ins, shift swaps and planned time off.
