Warehouse Equipment Operator
We are seeking an experienced and reliable Warehouse Equipment Operator to join our team in Goodyear, AZ. This position requires hands-on experience operating a Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Stand-Up Forklift in a fast-paced warehouse environment. The ideal candidate is safety-focused, dependable, and maintains a positive attitude while working both independently and as part of a team.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit Down Forklift safely and efficiently
Pick, move, and stage products throughout the warehouse
Load and unload materials while following company safety standards
Accurately complete picking and inventory tasks using RF scanners or warehouse systems
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Conduct basic equipment inspections before use and report any issues
Support general warehouse operations as needed
Requirements:
Proven experience operating Cherry Picker, Reach Truck, and Sit Down Forklift (all three required)
Ability to work at heights while operating warehouse equipment
Strong attention to safety and detail
Reliable attendance and punctuality
Positive attitude and willingness to receive and apply feedback
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment
